RUM CHOCOLATE CAKE

தமிழில் காண : கிளிக்  Hi All, RUM CHOCOLATE CAKE!! As I already told you ,we brought a bottle of rum for making traditional chirstmas cake and I don't know what to do with balance Rum :(. Then I made Orange rum cocktail , once again fruit cake and still half more cup of rum was remaining so finally I finished it by making this yummy , super soft , chocolate cake. The sweet recipe is below, INGREDIENTS : All purpose flour / Maida – 2 cup / 265 gms. Sugar – 1 3/4 cup / 380 gms. Oil – 3/4 cup. Egg – 4 nos. Cocoa powder – 1 cup. Rum – 1/2 cup. Baking powder – 1 tsp. Baking soda – 1 tsp. Salt – 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg powder– 1/8 tsp. Hot water – 1 cup. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp. NEED CLARIFICATION ABOUT MY MEASUREMENTS ? Hi All, CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE!! I made this cake for my neighbour's birthday.When I made blackforest cake for my husband's birthday ,our neighbour uncle booked for this cake. As his wife is a lover for chocolate I planned to make chocolate sponge cake for his birthday. The cake came out very well ,soft , chocolatey , buttery and of course yummy. STICKY CHOCOLATE CAKE BALLS!!

Hi All, STICKY CHOCOLATE CAKE BALLS ....After making a single black forest cake I looked my kitchen is in total mess :( ..The chocolate and cake attracted ants from all around the town and made me dizzy.So in hurry I packed all the leftovers to refrigerator ( in a belief ants will not enter there) and cleaned the entire kitchen. Next day I saw there was no space in my refrigerator to keep anything as it was full of cake leftovers ( chocolate sauce , whipped cream , cake crumbs , cake , chocolate semiya....). I decided first to assemble everything together as single dish.Then came this idea. Whatever mess I make I share with you too . BLACK FOREST CAKE ( WITHOUT BUTTER)

EDITED ON JUNE-3-2017. Hi All, BLACK FOREST CAKE!! I always wanted to bake a perfect black forest cake and I tried twice.But though the taste came out good they didn't taste like perfect black forest cake :(. For my husband's birthday I planned to bake black forest cake desperately and after few trials I got perfect spongy , moist cake which tasted much much better than bakery brought cakes.I wanted the cake to be more chocolatey so added lots and lots of chocolate shavings and also chocolate sauce which took the cake to next level.During baking Arun was continously commenting that there is no cake smell , something burning , cake was raising to out of shape etc etc which increased my blood pressure just like my oven temperature.But the outcome made me really happy. Some of my facebook friends gave me idea of adding oil instead of butter to make cake more softer and will remain soft for long time.So I replaced oil instead of butter and it worked too.The cake remai...
