CHOCOLATE HEALTH POWDER FOR KIDS

Hi All, I always prepare health drink for my daughter with nuts ,but when Doctor advised us about her allergy for winter season and listed us some foods which to feed her and some foods which should not feed her changed our entire food routine , I changed our entire food style based on her food menu. Almond / Badam and Flex seeds are one among in the doctor's list which she refused to eat so decided to make something out of it that she likes.She always loves chocolate drinks so made healthy chocolate drink powder with almonds and flax seeds and she loves this drink. Happy to share the recipe with you too, INGREDIENTS : FOR HEALTH POWDER : Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup. Powdered jaggery – 1/4 cup. Almonds – 20 pcs. Pista – 15 pcs (optional). Flaxseeds – 1/8 cup. Hi All, So far I have never baked any healthy dish with my own recipe , whenever I want to try something healthy I will refer OMBC , pick a recipe , bake it that's all I did .Only today I got guts to make on my own . As we are egg lovers I was so confident whatever I make with egg my family will enjoy it. The final outcome was so soft , yummy and cheesy . Happy to share the recipe with you too. Hi, BADAM RASAGULLA!! I made this rasagulla for a contest , I thought of stuffing badam Halwa within Rasagulla and boil it in sugar syrub , Everything went well as per my plan ! After boiling I noticed badam halwa dissolved with panner and gave badam flavor to Rasullas ,thus made Badam Rasagulla.     The recipe is as below, BADAM MIX RECIPE : Sourced from OPOS tech nique , Founder : Mr.Ra makrishnan. Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai.One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)).
