LEFTOVER SUGARSYRUP CHIPS/ மீதமான சர்க்கரைப்பாகு கோதுமை சிப்ஸ்

Hi All, This leftover recipe is one of the most easiest recipe which we can make with leftover sugar syrup, The simple and waste-free recipe is as below, INGREDIENTS : Sugar syrup – 2 cups. Wheat flour – 2 cup appx ( keep on adding little by little). Pls note the above measurements are appx as I added wheat flour little by little. RECIPE : Add wheat flour to leftover sugar syrup and mix well (i used jamoon's sugar syrup) Knead to form stiff dough like chapati dough. Let it sit for 30 mins. Using roller and pin , flat it to thin and shape it using knife or cutter. Heat oil in kadai , once oil is smoking hot, keep the flame in medium . Deep fry the chips till golden brown in low flame. When fried the chips will look little soft when cooled down it will be crispier. HAPPY COOKING!!

Hi All, I made this icecream recently from Ms.Ruchi Mehta's cook book.I was impressed by the easy ingredients and thought of give a try .The ice-cream came very delicious with loads of nuts and fruits.Soon after the icecream was made unfortunately our entire family got affected by flu 😱we all were suffering from severe cold , cough and fever so we didn't got chance to take the icecream out. Hi All, Utilizing leftover food is always a tedious task for me...I bang my head thinking how not to waste the leftover food.I make variety of dishes with leftover idli and one dish which is on top list and very very quick ,easy to make is this PODI IDLI UPMA.This is my husband's favorite so whenever I make idli , I will make few idlis extra and next day I will convert it into podi idli upma. STICKY CHOCOLATE CAKE BALLS!!

Hi All, STICKY CHOCOLATE CAKE BALLS ....After making a single black forest cake I looked my kitchen is in total mess :( ..The chocolate and cake attracted ants from all around the town and made me dizzy.So in hurry I packed all the leftovers to refrigerator ( in a belief ants will not enter there) and cleaned the entire kitchen. Next day I saw there was no space in my refrigerator to keep anything as it was full of cake leftovers ( chocolate sauce , whipped cream , cake crumbs , cake , chocolate semiya....). Hi Everyone, COOKIE MOUSSE...I tasted mousse when we were in Chennai . Instantly we all loved it. But as Arun don't like Mousse so I never thought of trying it. Now my daughter loves mousse so it gave me new boost to try it in home. Last week I baked some cookies but by mistake I overcooked one batch(about 10 cookies) and it became very hard. So not to waste anything I planned to make cookie chocolate mousse.The final dish came out very yummy and we all loved it. Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai.One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)).
