Hi, One of the most easiest snack that you can make in minutes, Aval mixture .. the recipe is as below, COOKING TIME : 10 mins. SERVINGS : 4 members. INGREDIENTS : Poha/ Aval : 1 cup. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp. Chilli powder - 1 tsp. Peanuts - 1 tbsp. Roasted channa dal / Pottukadalai/ Chutney Kadalai - 2 tblsp. Curry leaves - a sprig Oil - 5 tblsp. Salt - 1/2 tsp. METHOD : 1) Heat oil in a wide pan, when oil is hot, low down the heat . 2) Fry peanuts till brown, remove from oil and drain oil completely. 3) Fry channa dal till golden brown, remove from oil and drain oil completely.Followed by curry leaves. 4) Finally add poha and fry for 1 minute till golden brown. 5) Poha fries too fast so be careful not to burn. 6) Remove from flame, drain oil completely. 7) To drain oil completely , keep the fried aval in cotton towel or tissue paper to drain the oil completely. 8) After 10 mins , in a bowl add fried aval, chilli powder, turmeric powder

SERVES : yields about 10 chapatis INGREDIENTS : Wheat flour – 2 cups. Salt – 1/2 tsp. Warm water – 1 cup ( appx). Oil / ghee – few drops. METHOD : In a wide bowl add wheat flour ,salt and mix , make a well in middle of flou
