VEGETABLES STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS

Hi All, After starting diet my only problem is what to cook for me? What to cook for me?! When I cook something spicy and yummy for my family ,I carve for spicy dish too. Last week I made mushroom briyani for my family so what to cook for me!? So baked spicy ,yummy ,vegs mushroom caps. The dish was very yummy and it really satisfied my spicy carving,also it was very filling. The recipe is as below, INGREDIENTS : Mushroom – 200 gms ( 1 packet-11 pieces). Tomato ketchup or pizza sauce – 2 tsp. Mixed herbs – 2 tsp (optional). Pepper powder – 1 tsp. Salt – 1/2 tsp. Butter or ghee – 1 tsp. Pizza cheese – 5 tsp ( optional). SPICY PUMPKIN MUFFINS

Hi All, I always wanted to make muffins spicy instead of sweet , As there is no sweet lovers in my home I have to eat most of sweets so thought of making spicy snacks. I made this healthy pumpkin muffins only for me :) with no flour .When first time I made pumpkin muffins it was a flop , I didn't fry pumpkin properly so muffins got raw smell. Then again I tried and got thumps up.. It is so easy and healthy too. The recipe is as below, INGREDIENTS : Pumpkin chopped – 2 cups.. Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup. Cinnamon 1” piece – 2 nos. CHEESE OMELETTE

Hi , Now a days , I make omelette everyday either for breakfast or dinner or sometimes even for lunch. So not to get bored I try to make different varieties each time.I make this cheese omelette for my daughter and will add vegs too.I normally add sauted carrots , beetroot , cabbage ,capsicum,tomatoes to egg and make omelette but today I added only tomatoes and cheese. Hi All, Attukal Paya..Iam always tempted by this name when we were in Chennai but never got chance to try it.My neighbour use to advise me to take goat bone soup once in a week as it is very good for women's health.After so many months I tired it recently and I liked it so much , the flavour of smoked goat legs with masala gives a spicy and wonderful taste. I little hesitated how soup will go well with parota so I brought store brought parota and tried it with paya..Amazingly the soup / paya combined with parota was awesome ,a must try combination. KADAMBA / KANAVA MASALA /SQUID FISH CURRY

Hi, Sea has lot of creatures in it that we can cook and we were much more unaware of many . Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai.One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)). Then I surfed in net and found actually they are squid ( kadamba / kanava) and not octopus , My friend Saranya cooked this gravy for us during her visit to our home .I copied the recipe from her and tried next week itself.Though the squid fish looks very weird the taste was so yummy and there is no fish odor in that.It just tasted like mutton. The cleaning part is little tricky but easy, I suggest once you finished cleaning dispose the waste immediately out of your house as the waste from squid fish is very smelly and also it starts leaving water .So dispose the waste of squid as quick as possible.
