Hi All, Paneer tikka . My family's most favorite and also such simple dish. Paneer tikka helps me to reach my daily protein in yummy way. Easy way of paneer tikka recipe for you, COOKING TIME : 20 mins. PREPARATION TIME : 8 HOURS. SERVINGS ; 2 members. INGREDIENTS : Paneer – 1 cup. Capsicum – 1/4 cup. Onion – 1/4 cup. Tomato – 1/4 cup Chilli powder – 1 tsp. Turmeric powder – 1/8 tsp. Coriander powder – 1 tsp. Garam masala – 1 tsp. Thick Curd – 1/8 cup. Salt – for taste. Ghee – 2 tblsp. METHOD : Slice paneer, capsicum, onion ,tomato to medium sized square pieces. In a bowl mix the above with chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala and curd. Mix well and refrigerate for 8 hours minimum. Heat ghee in kadai , add the marinated ingredients (without masala) and roast in high flame till brown.
