Hi All, I love all versions of Banana cake, I try many versions and trust me whatever recipe you follow for banana bread it will taste awesome. I have egg version and egg-less version of banana bread and this one is something similar to same but the caramelized banana adds extra flavor and gives a beautiful color to cake. Here I used wheat flour, cocoa powder and organic sugar so that I can give this snack my family without any guilt. Here is the awesome recipe for the caramelized banana bread recipe, Cooking time : 30 mins. Servings : 6 members. INGREDIENTS : Wheat – 1 ½ cup Cocoa powder – 3 tblsp Organic brown sugar – 1 cup Egg- 2 Butter – ¼ cup Baking soda – 1 tsp Salt – ½ tsp FOR CARAMELIZING : Butter – 1 tblsp Organic sugar – 2 tsp Vanilla essence – 1 tsp Banana – 2 nos. SERVES : yields about 10 chapatis INGREDIENTS : Wheat flour – 2 cups. Salt – 1/2 tsp. Warm water – 1 cup ( appx). Oil / ghee – few drops. METHOD : In a wide bowl add wheat flour ,salt and mix , make a well in middle of flou
