Try this for this Christmas, INGREDIENTS: For stuffing: For carrot mixture: carrot 2 cups Milk 1 cup ghee 2 tablespoon cashews 10 raisins 10 cardamom 3 (powdered) For khova mixture: sugar 3/4 cup Khova 200 grams cardamom 3 (powdered) For sugar Syrup: sugar 1 cup water 2 cups For outer covering: Bread 10 slices Milk 1/2 cup METHOD : Fry 200 grams khoya in 2 tablespoon Ghee, add 1 tbsp cardamom Powder and 3/4 cup sugar . Cook till the mixture Thickens and leaves the sides Of the pan Fry 2 cups grated carrots in 2 tablespoon ghee. Add 1/2 cup milk when the The carrots turn pale. Boil till the carrots turn Soft, add to the khoya mix Add 10 each of fried Cashews and raisins Cook on medium heat till Soft. Cool and make soft balls
