CAULIFLOWER PARATHA

Hi All, I buy cauliflower every week, since it is now season so the flowers will be low in price but also the insects and worms will also less during the season. Normally I make gobi chilli, Manchurian and gravy with gobi but this time I made parathas with gobi. Im not good in making stuffed parathas so I make this type of parathas which is easy and also tastes yumm. Moreover no side dish required for this type of parathas. Here is the yummy, spicy gobi paratha recipe for your ref, COOKING TIME : 1 hour. SERVING : 3 Members. INGREDIENTS : Wheat flour – 4 cups. Cauliflower – 2 cups. Onion – 2 nos. Coriander leaves – 3 tblsp. Cumin – 1 tsp. Garam masala – 1 tsp. Chilli powder – 1 tsp. Salt – for taste. BEEF BRIYANI

Hi All, I brought this beef from Kochi, There in LULU mall I saw a range of meat varieties and wanted to try something new so brought these beef pieces. This is the first time Im cooking beef and it is similar to goat meat and I don’t even find any difference in taste too. Since im sure Im not going to cook beef much so I thought of making it as briyani. The easy and yummy beef briyani recipe is as below, COOKING TIME : 1 HOUR SERVINGS : 5 members INGREDIENTS : Beef – 500 gms. Zeera samba – 2 cups. Onion – 2 nos (big). Bay leaf – 1 no. Star anise – 1 no. Marati mokku – 2 (small). Cardamom – 3 nos. Stone flower – 1 small piece. Mace – 1 small piece. Pandan leaves – 1 no ( optional). Ghee- 4 tsp. Oil – 2 tsp. KADAMBA / KANAVA MASALA /SQUID FISH CURRY

Hi, Sea has lot of creatures in it that we can cook and we were much more unaware of many . Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai.One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)). Then I surfed in net and found actually they are squid ( kadamba / kanava) and not octopus , My friend Saranya cooked this gravy for us during her visit to our home .I copied the recipe from her and tried next week itself.Though the squid fish looks very weird the taste was so yummy and there is no fish odor in that.It just tasted like mutton. The cleaning part is little tricky but easy, I suggest once you finished cleaning dispose the waste immediately out of your house as the waste from squid fish is very smelly and also it starts leaving water .So dispose the waste of squid as quick as possible.
