தமிழில் காண : கிளிக் Hi All, When we were kids my grandfather use to buy this Egg biscuits for us from a shop which was located 15 kms from our home.Though we get good quality biscuits in Pollachi too but that shop was best :) .The bright yellow biscuits soaked in warm milk tastes divine and we cant just stop with one bowl. Now we get these biscuits in super market too but I say the taste is no where match to that old bakery. Recently I saw this video in youtube and tried it ,I got the same taste just like our old bakery and I made four batches ,all four batches just vanished in 30 mins. Happy to share the recipe with you , INGREDIENTS : All purpose flour / Maida – 3/4 cup. Egg – 2 nos. Sugar – 5 tablespoon. Baking powder – 1/2 tsp. Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp. Butter – 2 tablespoon.
