Hi All,
If
you have visited Nalla's aapa kadai , then you must be aware about this
Bull's eye appam .It is one of the easiest breakfast you can make and
also it is fun to eat this appam.You
need to eat the outer portion completely first and then the yellow
middle part you must eat at once.
As
we are egg lovers I use to try all experiments with egg and here
below the recipe for Bull's eye aapam for you ,
INGREDIENTS
:
Aapam
batter – 1 cup(Recipe link here)
Egg
– 2 nos.
Pepper
– 1/4 tsp.
Salt
– a pinch.
Ghee
or oil – 1 tsp.
METHOD
:
- Heat aapam kadai and spread 2 drops of oil .
- Keep the flame low and pour aapam batter in middle of kadai , give slight swill so that the batter spreads in circle around the kadai.
- Dizzle few drops of ghee ,now carefully crack open a egg in middle of aapam.
- And again swill the kadai so that the white part of egg gets spreaded evenly over the aapam.
- Sprinkle little salt ,pepper ,close the pan and let the aapam boil in medium flame till edges truns crisp.
- Yellow yolk will be half cooked by now , remove from flame and serve hot with chicken curry ,mutton curry of your choice.HAPPY COOKING!!
