KARANDI EGG OMLETTE / PUFFY OMLETTE

Hi, KARANDI OMLETTE! Though in any version of omlette the basic method is same, the taste varies from each version and each variety of omlette has unique texture and flavor. I love this karandi omlette, I searched and brought this tawa exclusively for making karandi. You can make in any shallow small pan or non-stick small pan too. The simple, delicious karandi omlette recipe is as below, Try my other egg easy recipes too, 1) Masala Omelette 2) Egg rings. 3) Cheese omlette. 4) Paneer egg adai. COOKING TIME : 15 mins. Also Iam not a paleo expert, I follow paleo groups such as arokiyam &nalvazhu and paleo diet lifestyle . Hi, TURKEY BERRY KUZHAMBU/ GRAVY! Turkey berry has many health benefits such as helps in reducing asthma, cough and cardiovascular diseases, also rich in calcium too. We get dried turkey berry in most of the supermarkets but fresh turkey berry is very rare and uncommon, Once in a while I see fresh turkey berries in market and I will not miss to buy it. Though you can make few dishes with turkey berries, I will make tangy, spicy kuzhambu with this veg. Tangy, spicy, healthy turkey berry kuzhambu recipe is below, COOKING TIME : 45 mins. HOME MADE BUTTER

Hi, HOME MADE BUTTER! Whatever brand butter you use, nothing can beat the taste and flavor of home made butter. Fresh, soft and slight tangy butter tastes divine. Even from our packet milk we can make butter but may be the quantity differ according to fat level in milk. I make butter from Nandhni milk, I will store the malai from milk and curd in refrigerator and for every 10 days I will make butter. You can make ghee from this butter too ( recipe link here) . Healthy, hygienic home made butter recipe is below, INGREDIENTS : Malai – 3 cups. Water- 6 cups. Beater or Mixer. METHOD : You can collect malai from milk or curd or combination of both. Boil milk and keep it open till it comes down to room temperature. When cooled down, you can see the malai or aadai floats as layer. Gently remove the malai and store in a bowl. Hi, We loved the flavor and richness of red velvet cake which I baked for valentine's day. And when I saw this recipe in FB from Munch, crunch and slurp. I desperately wanted to try this cookies. As more than soft cookies we love crunchy biscuits so made few changes in recipe to make it like crunchy, thin biscuits.The result was as expected very yummy and fantastic. Happy to share the yummy recipe with you too, PREPARATION TIME: 3 hours COOKING TIME : 20 mins. YIELDS: 40 cookies. INGREDIENTS: Maida/ All purpose flour- 1 1/2 cup Cocoa powder- 1/8 cup. KADAMBA / KANAVA MASALA /SQUID FISH CURRY

Hi, Sea has lot of creatures in it that we can cook and we were much more unaware of many . Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai.One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)). Then I surfed in net and found actually they are squid ( kadamba / kanava) and not octopus , My friend Saranya cooked this gravy for us during her visit to our home .I copied the recipe from her and tried next week itself.Though the squid fish looks very weird the taste was so yummy and there is no fish odor in that.It just tasted like mutton. The cleaning part is little tricky but easy, I suggest once you finished cleaning dispose the waste immediately out of your house as the waste from squid fish is very smelly and also it starts leaving water .So dispose the waste of squid as quick as possible. Other than that the fish tastes heaven , spicy, yummy and very easy to cook. I have
