ROASTED ALMONDS

Hi All,
ROASTED ALMONDS! This is one of the major breakfast in my diet. Roasted almonds can be stored in container and I will have it as snacks too.
One of the best Paleo diet breakfast recipe is as below,
PREPARATION TIME: 8 hours.
COOKING TIME: 20 mins.
SERVINGS: 2 members

INGREDIENTS :
Almonds- 1/2 cup.
Ghee/ coconut oil- 1 tsp.
Salt- 1/2 tsp.
Pepper- 1/2 tsp.

METHOD :
  1. Soak almonds in immerse level water for 6 hours or overnight.
  2. After soaking, drain water completely.
  3. Heat oil/ ghee in a wide and add soaked almonds.
  4. Roast in low heat till almonds roasts to golden brown.
  5. When almonds turn crisp and brown, add salt, pepper.
  6. Toss well and remove from flame.
  7. When almonds reach room temperature, store in airtight container and enjoy.
