ROASTED
ALMONDS! This is one of the major breakfast in my diet. Roasted
almonds can be stored in container and I will have it as snacks too.
One
of the best Paleo diet breakfast recipe is as below,
PREPARATION TIME: 8 hours.
COOKING TIME: 20 mins.
SERVINGS: 2 members
INGREDIENTS
:
Almonds-
1/2 cup.
Ghee/
coconut oil- 1 tsp.
Salt-
1/2 tsp.
Pepper-
1/2 tsp.
METHOD
:
- Soak almonds in immerse level water for 6 hours or overnight.
- After soaking, drain water completely.
- Heat oil/ ghee in a wide and add soaked almonds.
- Roast in low heat till almonds roasts to golden brown.
- When almonds turn crisp and brown, add salt, pepper.
- Toss well and remove from flame.
- When
almonds reach room temperature, store in airtight container and
enjoy.
