VEGETABLES KURUMA

Hi Everyone, I sometimes feel very drowned that Whether Iam writing in blog for no good?.Is my blog really helps someone or its just Iam killing time.Iam pretty confused :( I feel very demotivated but still my love in cooking and clicking makes me to move still :) What do you feel ? Anyway today's recipe is about MIXED VEGETABLES KURUMA.If any important guests arriving to our home then this kuruma is on the must list.It has a great place in our mum's menu :) But I use to make this when I have 2 to 3 vegetables in hand, And the recipe is so simple that you can make in 20 minutes. Lets move to the recipe, SERVINGS : 3 members. INGREDIENTS : Mixed Vegetables - 1 1/2 cup ( Carrot , Beans , Cabbage , Potato). CHOLE MASALA / CHANNA MASALA

Hi Everyone, CHOLE BHATURA!! Its exactly a north Indian dish but there are some versions in making Bhatura. Also you can try Bhatura with various sidedishes but this Chole masala stands on the top.Chole and Bhatura makes an amazing combination that you cannot stop by eating just one J . My sister introduced Bhatura to me but the sidedish she served was not much spicy ( our family loves spicy food but my sisters family is sweet family ,they needs sweet touch in everything) so I looked for perfect spicy sidedish and I got this recipe from Rak’s kitchen .The recipe is simple yet spicy and goes perfect with Bhatura. Will share with you the recipe of Bhatura soon. STUFFED BAJJI MIRCHI GRAVY / MIRCHI SALAN

Hi All, STUFFED MIRCHI SALAN!! We always prepare only bajji with this mirchi but last week I brought some bajji mirchis and there was too many to prepare only bajji ! So I thought of making something different and searched in net to find this gravy recipe. But actual recipe goes well with fried rice and briyani and also they make this gravy with real long mirchi (not with bajji mirchi L ) but I want it to go with Chapthi and Dosa so I altered the recipe as per my requirement and tired it.It came out to be well and worth a try. The ingredients looks like a big list but recipe is so simple. The recipe is as below, INGREDIENTS : Bajji Mirchi – 3 nos. Onion – 1 nos (big). BROCCOLI AND SPROUTED MOONG DAL MASALA

Hi Everyone, BROCCOLI !!!! From the cartoon animations I got an impression that broccoli has a bad odour and very bitter taste!! Bcoz in cartoons they show that children will not like broccoli J ..So I never thought of trying it in my kitchen until my friend Mrs.Saranya Sathish told me about this masala and also she insisted me to try broccoli as it has lot of good vitamins.Motivated by her I immediately brought a packet of broccoli and tried this broccoli moong dal sprouts masala , for my surprise it came to be too good and we all loved it so much.Thank you Saranya. KADAMBA / KANAVA MASALA /SQUID FISH CURRY

Hi, Sea has lot of creatures in it that we can cook and we were much more unaware of many . Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai.One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)). Then I surfed in net and found actually they are squid ( kadamba / kanava) and not octopus , My friend Saranya cooked this gravy for us during her visit to our home .I copied the recipe from her and tried next week itself.Though the squid fish looks very weird the taste was so yummy and there is no fish odor in that.It just tasted like mutton. The cleaning part is little tricky but easy, I suggest once you finished cleaning dispose the waste immediately out of your house as the waste from squid fish is very smelly and also it starts leaving water .So dispose the waste of squid as quick as possible. Other than that the fish tastes heaven , spicy, yummy and very easy to cook. I have
