Hi Everyone,
Summer is arriving and we need to intake lot of liquids to
avoid dehydration and that too it is must to take healthy juices .
In our family no one
likes badam to eat as it is ,I need to make it either into cookies or milk
shake to add badam to their diet so I always prepare this easy milk shake
during summer .
The below is the recipe for your reference too,
INGREDIENTS :
BADAM MILK :
Badam – 25 pcs.
Hot water – ½ cup.
Milk – 1 cup.
Sugar – 5 tsp.
Grated badam – 1 tsp (for garnishing).
BADAM MILKSHAKE :
Badam – 25 pcs.
Hot water – ½ cup.
Milk – 1 cup.
Sugar – 5 tsp.
Grated badam – 1 tsp (for garnishing).
Vanilla icecream – 1 scoop.
PREPARATION :
BADAM MILK:
1)
Boil milk , add sugar and mix well , Freeze the
milk .
2)
Soak badam in hot water for 20 mins.this is
done to peel the skin easily.
3)
Peel the skin of soaked badam and grind it to
fine paste with little milk.
4)
Blend your ground badam mix ,frozen milk and blend till
frothy.
5)
Pour the mix to serving glass and serve cold.
BADAM MILKSHAKE :
1) Boil milk , add sugar and mix well ,
refrigerate the milk for 30 mins.
2)
Soak badam in hot water for 20 mins.This is
done to peel the skin easily.
3)
Peel the skin of soaked badam and grind it to
fine paste with little milk.
4)
Blend the ground badam mix , milk and for 30
seconds.
5)
Now add the icecream and blend once .
6) Serve in serving glass along with foam and
enjoy.
