Hi All, Easy murruku which you can make it in minutes , yet yummy. Using potatoes gives lovely bright white colour to murrukus. Try this yummy murruku for this festival. Recipe is as below, COOKING TIME : 30 MINS. SERVES : 10 MEMBERS. INGREDIENTS : Rice flour – 4 cups. Potato – 2 nos (medium ) . Butter – 1/2 cups. Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp. Cumin – 1 tsp. Ajwain – 1 tsp. Salt – as required. Water – as required. Oil – for deep frying. METHOD : Cook potatoes to soft ,peel skin. Grind potatoes with butter to fine, silky paste. Dry roast cumin, ajwain till aroma and add it to flour. Add asafoetida , ground potatoes paste , salt and mix well. Add water little by little to form non sticky yet soft dough.
