VEGTABLES SALAD

Hi All,
VEGETABLE SALAD!! This vegetable salad is one of the diet lunch which I use to take often before starting paleo diet , now I will omit raw mango and add rest of the vegs .
It is such a filling dish that you can have it for breakfast or for lunch or for snacks too,And yes it is healthy too.
The simple recipe is as below,

INGREDIENTS :
Cabbage – 1/2 cup.
Carrot – 1 medium sized.
Raw mango – 1 no.
Capsicum – 1 no.
Lemon – 1/2 no.
Cucumber – 1 no.
Pepper – 1 tsp.
Salt – 1/2 tsp.

METHOD :
  1. Wash well the vegs and chop them to fine pieces.
  2. In a bowl add vegs , salt , pepper , lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Tastes wonderful when fresh , you can also refrigerate and have for a day. 
    NOTES :
  1. Chop vegs as small as possible.
  2. You can add any seasonal vegs.
  3. Add one 1 tsp olive oil along with pepper , but as I don't use olive oil I didn't add.
