Hi All,
I always feel dinner options are very less to me. So
whenever something quick and easy recipes comes I immediately try and save it.
Few years back I saw this recipe in Yummytummyarthi I saved
it but tried only a couple of times and never tried after shifting to bangalore.
Last week idli dosa batter was over and bored of chapathi
and rotis (also in good mood of cooking 😊) so
thought of giving a try again with some changes from actual recipe.
The kozhukattais came out so beautiful , pluffy, soft and it
was just like my arisi kozhukattai. Also it took only hardly 20 mins for
cooking.
Everyone liked it with tomato chutney , Serve such kozhukattais
with spicy, tangy chutnies for perfect combo.
