For
stuffing:

carrot mixture:

METHOD
:
- Fry 200 grams khoya in 2 tablespoon Ghee, add 1 tbsp cardamom Powder and 3/4 cup sugar .
- Cook till the mixture Thickens and leaves the sides Of the pan
- Fry 2 cups grated carrots in 2 tablespoon ghee.
- Add 1/2 cup milk when the The carrots turn pale.
- Boil till the carrots turn Soft, add to the khoya mix
- Add 10 each of fried Cashews and raisins
- Cool and make soft balls.
- Boil 2 cups sugar, 1 cup Water, 3 crushed Cardamoms and few drops of Food colour and take off heat
- Take a bread slice and dip in milk for a second squeeze the milk completely , place a carrot ball in The middle and cover.
- Seal the edges well, Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Deep fry the rolls
- Add the rolls to the warm Sugar syrup and soak for 2-3 Minutes
- Place on a plate and serve After 30 minutes
