BANANA BREAD

Hi All,
I have made this banana bread a hunderd times and each time it is a delight .
It is also not only easy recipe but also fool proof recipe too,

SERVINGS : 30 slices.
COOKING TIME : 45 MINS.

INGREDIENTS :
All pupose flour – 3/4 cup.
Wheat flour - 3/4 cup.
Baking soda or even cooking soda works good– 1 tsp.
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Melted butter – 1/4 cup.
Sugar – 1 cup.
Over ripe banana – 3 nos ( big size).
Eggs – 2 nos.

METHOD :
  1. Sieve flour, cooking soda, salt together twice.
  2. Combine melted butter, sugar and beat till sugar dissolves and mixes with butter.
  3. Add bananas and beat till mashed.
  4. Add eggs one by one and beat till mixed.
  5. Add flour mix , mix with spatula without lumps.
  6. Pre-heat oven to 170”.
  7. Grease your baking tin with butter and dust with 1 tsp flour and sugar.
  8. Fill 3/4 level of tin with batter and bake for 35 mins.
  9. When a knife is inserted in middle it must come out clean with crumbs.
  10. Now remove from oven and let the bread come down to room temperature.
  11. When cooled , slice and enjoy.
NOTES :
  1. Bananas must be over ripe, much the bananas ripe better the taste will be.
  2. If the bananas are small , you can use 4 bananas.
  3. I used electric mixer grinder to mix the ingredients. 
    4. Dusting your tin with flour and sugar gives wonderful caramelized flavour and appealing colour too.
