RICE
FLOUR !! This is one basic recipe that everyone should know.
Store
brought rice flour will not give good results for most of dishes , so
home made is best.
I
made this flour to make seedai ..but my seedai was utter flop , it
dissolved in oil once I dropped them 😱 ,will once again later and
post you the recipe.
Now
the recipe for rice flour alone for your ref,
INGREDIENTS:
Raw
rice / Pacahrisi – 1/2 cup.
METHOD
:
- Wash and rinse raw rice well with running water.
- Soak them in water for 3 hours.
- Drain the water and spread the rice in a cotton cloth and sundry for 7 hours or till the rice looks dry.When you touch them with your palm the rice should be dry and should not stick to your hands.
- Now grind them to fine powder using your food processor.
- Sieve the powder and grind the remaining granules again .
- Repeat the process thrice until you get fine powder.
- Store them in airtight container and use as required.NOTES :
