Hi, Ragi Dosa, When all my Kannada neighbors make Ragi mudhe so easily Iam the one always struggle to make ragi balls. So instead of fighting with ragi balls I carefully shifted to other options like Ragi roti and Ragi dosa. Lets jump to the recipe, INGREDIENTS : Raw rice – 1 cup. Urad dal – 3/4 cup Ragi powder – 1 cup ( click here for recipe). Aval/ Poha – 1/8 cup Fenugreek – 1/2 tsp. Curry leaves – 1/2 cup Cumin / Zeera – 2 tsp. Dry red chillies - 6 Salt – as required. Oil – for making dosa ( I use Gingelly oil).
