RAGI DOSA

Hi, Ragi Dosa, When all my Kannada neighbors make Ragi mudhe so easily Iam the one always struggle to make ragi balls. So instead of fighting with ragi balls I carefully shifted to other options like Ragi roti and Ragi dosa. There are so many versions for Ragi dosa and this is my second version. click below for other versions. 1) Flax seeds ragi dosa. 2) Easy ragi dosa.   SERVING : 3 members. PREPARATION TIME : 10 HOURS. Lets jump to the recipe, INGREDIENTS : Raw rice – 1 cup. Urad dal – 3/4 cup Ragi powder – 1 cup ( click here for recipe). Aval/ Poha – 1/8 cup Fenugreek – 1/2 tsp. Curry leaves – 1/2 cup Cumin / Zeera – 2 tsp. Dry red chillies - 6 Salt – as required. Oil – for making dosa ( I use Gingelly oil). METHOD : Wash and soak rice, dal and fenugreek together for 3 hours. Grind rice , dal , ragi powder, poha, fenugreek, curry leaves , cumin, chillies to fine paste with required amount of water. ...
