  Dear All, My recent post about a chicken curry reached so much that many ping me asking about recipe. So I thought of uploading it so that everyone can  ref anytime , anyday. This masala / varuval was so awesome and very appetizing that we make it atleast weekly once. The aroma, colour and dish itself flavour packed and im so sure that you are going to love it. Pls follow the recipe and tips part for the perfect colour and flavour. Hi All, Any type of kofta curry tastes amazing, You can make kofta in many vegs and even with non veg. The south Indian version of Kofta is paruppu urundai kuzhambu. Even paruppu urundai kuzhambu can be made with a variety of ingredients. Now coming back to our kofta curry there are variety of kofta curries right starting from cabbage, cauliflower, bottle guard, panner and number of vegs too. I often make this cabbage kofta which is easy to make and also can be made in jiffy. Since my dd and hubby don’t like cabbage much, this way is easy to make them eat cabbage without much struggle. Hi All, I always stock up paneer in my refrigerator, we all love paneer in any dish. I make panner sidedish atleast 3 days a week, sometimes I just crumble paneer ,add chopped onions, green chilles, salt mix and roll it in chapathis and enjoy our dinner 😁. Recently I came across this tawa recipe, since it looked easy and   no grinding required I found the recipe to be very easy , I tried it and it came to be wonderful. From then I make this sidedish atleast two times a day. To make the dish easily and at right consistency, chop the vegs as small as possible which will be very perfect. Hi, Sea has lot of creatures in it that we can cook and we were much more unaware of many . Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai.One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)).
