CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE

Now again I see cauliflowers flowing in markets , I brought a big cauliflower but not in a mood to cook anything for me ( for my paleo!) so I planned this fried rice for my family ,And with the same base I made my paleo lunch too . The result was too good that everyone loved the lunch so much.The main success with this dish is that I made my diet lunch with the same base and no separate cooking for me 😊😊. The yummy , spicy ,healthy cauliflower fried rice recipe is as below, INGREDIENTS : Cauliflower florets –4 cup Basmathi rice – 1 cup. Carrot – 1/2 cup. Cabbage – 1/2 cup. Capsicum – 1 no ( medium sized). Onions – 1 Pepper - 1tsp Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp. Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp. Coriander leaves – 5 tsp. Curry leaves – few Salt – as required. Butter / ghee – 6 tsp.
