COCONUT MOUSSE WITH CHOCOLATE CAKE

Hi All, I made this mousse with leftover whipped cream and also for a competition. The concept is to include coconut and also I was thinking to use the whipped cream also. So I made this mousse and the idea didn't go in vain the taste was good and different. The recipe is as below, INGREDIENTS : Chocolate cake – 1/4 cup . Whipped cream – 1 cup Rose essence – 2 drops Coconut grated – 1 cup Sugar – 5 tsp. Agar agar – 1 tsp Chocolate semiya , coloured grated coconut – for garnishing. PREPARATION : The recipe is very simple just arrange in a chilled glass and serve. Mash the chocolate cake with your hands well. Beat whipped cream till peaks and add rose essence and mix well. Extract coconut milk from grated coconut ( I used my blender , In blender add coconut , little water and beat for 30 seconds to extract thick milk). Thick coconut milk is enough don't try to extract more , else your coconut pudding will lose it...

COOKIE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE ( EGGLESS)

Hi Everyone, COOKIE MOUSSE...I tasted mousse when we were in Chennai . Instantly we all loved it. But as Arun don't like Mousse so I never thought of trying it. Now my daughter loves mousse so it gave me new boost to try it in home. Last week I baked some cookies but by mistake I overcooked one batch(about 10 cookies) and it became very hard. So not to waste anything I planned to make cookie chocolate mousse.The final dish came out very yummy and we all loved it. It is very easy and simple to make yet it tastes yummy and rich no one is going to know it is such as easy recipe. Happy to share the recipe with you also, INGREDIENTS : Powdered cookie – 1 cup.
