WHEAT FLOUR BHATURA

I love pooris of any variety .My sister makes pooris amazingly and bhatura is her signature dish,but she will make bhatura with Maida .I too make bhatura with maida and I have already posted the recipe(here) also. Now I want to avoid maida so made bhatura with whole wheat flour , Wheat bhaturas also tasted equally fantastic like maida bhaturas so you can serve it to your family without guilt. The recipe is so simple and here below the recipe for your ref , see my other poori varieties too , 1) wheat flour poori. 2) Bhatura. 3) Spicy poori.  4) Kubus(curd poori). 5) Ubbu roti ( rice poori). KUBUS / CURD POORI

தமிழில் காண : கிளிக்  Hi All, KUBUS.Few years before one day my mum made this snack for me with curd and told this is curd poori and it tasted yummy too.Later once I went to Hyderabad to my sister's house ,she told she recently learned a great recipe from her neighbour and it is kubus.She made the same poori which my mum prepared but with different name 😊.Name differs from state to state but dish and taste remains same. Now I thought of making this snack for my kid as it is very easy and also fool proof recipe. The kubus came out very puffy , soft and with mild sweet ,definitely it is a wonderful snack for tea. SPICY POORI

தமிழில் காண : கிளிக்  Hi All, SPICY POORI!! Poori is easy to make and of course it is tasty too 😄 . This time I want to make poori with a little twist to give different taste from our regular normal pooris.I once heard about this recipe from my sister when they were staying in Hyderabad , one of her neighbour used to make this poori often and she learn t from her. So after long time I suddenly got this idea and gave a try.And yes , the poori tasted different and little spicy too and went very well with red egg gravy. See other poori recipes, Basic poori. POORI

Hi All, POORI!! When I hear this name I will completely forget about diet , oil less cooking and everything :) Poori is my favorite all the time.But I will cook pooris once in a while as my husband is not such a big fan of pooris . The poori is very simple to make and consumes very less time , The few tricks can make your pooris puffy,less oily and crispy.The recipe is as below , INGREDIENTS : Wheat flour – 1 cup. Salt – as required. Water – appx 1/2 cup. Sooji – 1/2 tsp ( optional). Oil – for deep frying. NEEDCLARIFICATION ABOUT MY MEASUREMENTS ? PLS CLICK TO CLARIFY. METHOD : In a bowl mix wheat flour , salt,sooji evenly. Make a well in the middle of the flour and add water little by little and mix with your hands.
