PALEO BOTTLEGOURD KOOTU

Whenever Iam busy or need any quick filling lunch I will make this kootu and have it with egg omelette. It is very filling and yes it helps in weight loss , Bottle gourd also helps you from dehydration. Easy ,simple ,healthy ,kootu recipe for you, INGREDIENTS : Bottlegourd – 2 cups ( chopped). I brought some bell peppers from super market few days back thought of making pizza but time doesn't permit me to bake pizza so I planned for this stir fry.. Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai.One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)).
