LEFTOVER SUGARSYRUP CHIPS/ மீதமான சர்க்கரைப்பாகு கோதுமை சிப்ஸ்

Hi All, This leftover recipe is one of the most easiest recipe which we can make with leftover sugar syrup, The simple and waste-free recipe is as below, INGREDIENTS : Sugar syrup – 2 cups. Wheat flour – 2 cup appx ( keep on adding little by little). Pls note the above measurements are appx as I added wheat flour little by little. RECIPE : Add wheat flour to leftover sugar syrup and mix well (i used jamoon's sugar syrup) Knead to form stiff dough like chapati dough. Let it sit for 30 mins. Using roller and pin , flat it to thin and shape it using knife or cutter. Heat oil in kadai , once oil is smoking hot, keep the flame in medium . Deep fry the chips till golden brown in low flame. When fried the chips will look little soft when cooled down it will be crispier. HAPPY COOKING!!

PANEER JAMOONS / PINK RASAGULLA.

Hi All, PAN E ER JAMOON!! I really don't understand why our sweet stalls named this sweet as Paneer jamoon when they are made like Rasagulla.I use to buy this sweet as Pink Rasagulla but once a shopkeeper told me the name of this sweet is Paneer Jamoon! I asked the vendor about this recipe and he gave me this.The recipe is same as our rasagulla but the colour , flavour and shape is the difference.We all love rasagulla so soon after the jamoons are made it just got disappeared : ). ORANGE PEEL CANDY..KIDS DELIGHT

Hi All, Now it is season of oranges so make everything and anything possible with oranges.I got this idea for youtube video , but I was surprised how it tastes.So immediately I tried with orange peel and it was awesome .My daughter liked it so much.The recipe is as below, INGREDIENTS : Orange peel – 1 orange Sugar – 1/2 cup. Water – 1/2 cup. Water – 2 cups ( for boiling orange peel). NEEDCLARIFICATION ABOUT MY MEASUREMENTS ? PLS CLICK TO CLARIFY. METHOD : Peel the orange skin and clean the fibres from it. Slice it to thin stripes. Heat 2 cups of water in a wide vessel and add the sliced orange peel and boil for 5 mins. Remove from flame , drain the water and again boil in fresh water. Repeat the process 3 times ( this is done to remove the bitterness from orange peel). Now you can see the orange peel has turned transparent and glossy. COCONUT KOVA BURFI ( WITH OPOS SUGAR SYRUP)

Hi All, COCONUT BURFI!! When I was conceive I carved for Coconut Burfi so much, but my mum doesn't know to make coconut burfi and when I requested my Aunt she prepared Adirasam :( instead of coconut burfi ! So my entire pregnancy period I spent in coconut burfi carving. I never thought of making this burfi in home bcoz Iam not confident about my sugar syrup consistency , so I stayed from it all these days. After knowing about OPOS sugar syrup and inspired by Facebook best friend Ms.Nishu , I got little confident and tried coconut burfi for this diwali.For my surprise the burfi came exactly like traditional burfi!
