PANEER TIKKA MASALA

Hi All, Paneer tikka . My family's most favorite and also such simple dish. Paneer tikka helps me to reach my daily protein in yummy way. Easy way of paneer tikka recipe for you, COOKING TIME : 20 mins. PREPARATION TIME : 8 HOURS. SERVINGS ; 2 members. INGREDIENTS : Paneer – 1 cup. Capsicum – 1/4 cup. Onion – 1/4 cup. Tomato – 1/4 cup Chilli powder – 1 tsp. Turmeric powder – 1/8 tsp. Coriander powder – 1 tsp. Garam masala – 1 tsp. Thick Curd – 1/8 cup. Salt – for taste. Ghee – 2 tblsp. METHOD : Slice paneer, capsicum, onion ,tomato to medium sized square pieces. In a bowl mix the above with chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, garam masala and curd. Mix well and refrigerate for 8 hours minimum. Heat ghee in kadai , add the marinated ingredients (without masala) and roast in high flame till brown. BANANA BREAD

Hi All, I have made this banana bread a hunderd times and each time it is a delight . It is also not only easy recipe but also fool proof recipe too, RECIPE SOURCE : centercutcook.com SERVINGS : 30 slices. COOKING TIME : 45 MINS. INGREDIENTS : All pupose flour – 3/4 cup. Wheat flour - 3/4 cup. Baking soda or even cooking soda works good– 1 tsp. Salt – 1/2 tsp Melted butter – 1/4 cup. Sugar – 1 cup. Over ripe banana – 3 nos ( big size). Eggs – 2 nos. METHOD : Sieve flour, cooking soda, salt together twice. Combine melted butter, sugar and beat till sugar dissolves and mixes with butter. Add bananas and beat till mashed. Add eggs one by one and beat till mixed. Add flour mix , mix with spatula without lumps. Pre-heat oven to 170”. Grease your baking tin with butter and dust with 1 tsp flour and sugar. TIL LADOO / ELLU URUNDAI / எள்ளுருண்டை

Hi All,  This one healthy and easy to make ladoo. Essential for kids . My daughter loves it so I make it often. Here is the simple recipe , INGREDIENTS : Til / Ellu – 1/2 cup (white or black of our choice – I used white). Roasted Peanut - 1/4 cup ( remove the skin) Jaggery – 1 cup. Cardamom – 2 nos. Flax seeds – 1 tsp ( optional). Warm milk – 2 tblsp (optional – if required) Ghee – 1 tsp. METHOD : Dry roast til in low flame till it roasts and aroma releases (do not over roast as it will start leaving oil).   Let it cool down completely. Grind til, peanuts , flax seeds , cardamom for one or two pulse to get very coarse powder. Never grind to fine powder as the nuts has a tendency to release oil. In pan add jaggery, little water and heat . Heat till jaggery melts and forms ball consistency. When a drop of syrup is added to water, you should be able to make a ball out of it. Hi All, This cookies is my favorite all the time and whenever I get chance I never miss to enjoy this bright , colorful cookies. Here is the easy recipe for Karachi biscuits, Yields : appx 30 cookies. INGREDIENTS : All purpose flour – 1 1/2 cup. Butter – 1/2 cup ( room temperature). Custard powder – 1/2 cup. Powder sugar – 1 cup. Chopped fruits and nuts , tutti fruity – 1 cup. Baking powder – 1 tsp. Milk – 5 tblsp. METHOD : Sieve flour, custard powder together well. Add fruits and nuts and mix. Whisk butter, sugar without lumps, then add milk and mix. Add flour little by little to wet mixture . Mix to form soft dough . Roll it to form medium size cylinder and refrigerate for 30 mins. Once dough is firm enough , cut them to small rounds. Pre-heat oven to 180”C . Bake the cookies to 15 mins. Remove from oven and let it cool down to room temperature.
