TOMATO CARROT JUICE

தமிழில் காண : கிளிக்  Hi All, TOMATO CARROT JUICE!! This is one of the easiest , healthiest drink I often take in this summer.And there is no need of any specific recipe for this drink , you can alter as per your choice. As I like tomatoes I add more tomatoes ,but you can even add more carrots than tomatoes. The simple recipe is as below, INGREDIENTS : Ripe tomatoes – 3 nos. Carrot – 1 no ( medium sized). Cloves – 2 nos. Sugar – 3 tsp ( optional – I didn't add). METHOD :  Chop carrots to small bits and grind them along with cloves to fine puree. Then add ripe tomatoes and grind again to fine juice. Filter the juice,add sugar and consume immediately. I don't like adding sugar so I skipped sugar , you can add if needed. NOTE : Drink the juice immediately , fresh juice tastes better. After filtering no need to throw the residue , you can add 1 tsp oil in kadai and add the residue , salt ,chill...

This is the first poriyal / stir fry recipe in my blog.I never thought of posting stir fry recipes in my blog as I feel everyone knows it until when my neighbours asked me how I make poriyal without mushy , retaining the bright colours of vegs. Hi Everyone, I sometimes feel very drowned that Whether Iam writing in blog for no good?.Is my blog really helps someone or its just Iam killing time.Iam pretty confused :( I feel very demotivated but still my love in cooking and clicking makes me to move still :) What do you feel ?
