Hi All,
TOMATO
CARROT JUICE!! This is one of the easiest , healthiest drink I often
take in this summer.And there is no need of any specific recipe for
this drink , you can alter as per your choice.
As
I like tomatoes I add more tomatoes ,but you can even add more
carrots than tomatoes.
The
simple recipe is as below,
INGREDIENTS
:
Ripe
tomatoes – 3 nos.
Carrot
– 1 no ( medium sized).
Cloves
– 2 nos.
Sugar
– 3 tsp ( optional – I didn't add).
METHOD
:
- Chop carrots to small bits and grind them along with cloves to fine puree.
- Then add ripe tomatoes and grind again to fine juice.
- Filter the juice,add sugar and consume immediately.
- I don't like adding sugar so I skipped sugar , you can add if needed.
NOTE
:
- Drink the juice immediately , fresh juice tastes better.
- After filtering no need to throw the residue , you can add 1 tsp oil in kadai and add the residue , salt ,chilli powder and boil till thick for yummy chutney.
- You
can increase the carrot quantity too.
