PANEER TIKKA PIZZA

NOTE : SINCE I BAKED PANEER AND CHICKEN PIZZA TOGETHER THE PICTURES WILL BE SAME FOR BOTH PANEER AND CHICKEN PIZZA. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE I HAVE POSTED AS SEPERATE RECIPE.

Hi All,
I made chicken pizza and paneer tikka pizza one at a time, so sharing all recipes under one picture.
We love pizza with non veg , but paneer tikka pizza tastes equally delicious like non veg pizza.
Pizza lovers must try this paneer tikka pizza at home. The simple, much delicious paneer tikka recipes is as follows,
COOKING TIME :  1 hour.
SERVINGS : 3 members.

INGREDIENTS :
FOR PANNER TIKKA :
Paneer – 200 gms.
Capsicum – 2 nos
Tomatoes – 2 no
Onion – 3 nos.
Garam masala – 2 tsp
Salt – for taste
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
Curd – 5 tblsp.
Butter – 1 tblsp.


FOR PIZZA :
Mozzarella cheese – 100 gms.
Cheddar cheese – 2 tblsp ( optional)
Tomato sauce – 2 tblsp (Recipe here)
Pizza toppings – 1 tsp.
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp.
Pizza base – 1 ( recipe link here).

METHOD :
1) Chop paneer, onions, capsicum , tomatoes to big square pieces.
2) In a bowl add the above and rest of the paneer tikka ingredients and mix well.
 
3) Refrigerate for minimum one hour ( overnight refrigeration works best).
4) If you have skwers you can use it to roast the tikka ,if not you can use kadai . Here I used kadai to roast.
5) In a wide kadai add butter, add paneer and other ingredients and toast in high flame.
 6) For every one minute toss them to make sure everything turns brown at edges.
 7) When the tikka turns complete dry with brown edges remove from flame.
8) Apply tomato sauce generously on pizza base .

9) Spread one layer of grated cheese and arrange paneer, capsicum, tomato, onions evenly.
10)             Grate cheese again and bake at 180” C – 5 mins. As all the vegs are already boiled it is enough if you bake for 5 mins, if the cheese is not properly melted in 5 mins then bake for 3 more mins.
11)             Remove from flame, sprinkle pizza toppings and enjoy .

NOTES :
1) There is a separate recipe for pizza spread but since my tomato sauce is home made I used it to save time. Will share pizza sauce recipe later.
2) If you don’t have pizza topping ,grind dry red chilles to coarse powder,  grind cinnamon and cloves to fine powder and use as pizza toppings.
3) Cheddar cheese is purely optional but it gives exotic flavour .
4) Every oven is different , so the baking time varies from oven to oven.
