RECIPE SOURCE : Allrecipes.com
SERVINGS : yields about 8 cup cakes
The recipe is as below,

Cocoa powder – ¾ cup
Egg – 2
Sugar – ¾ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Butter –1/2 cup
Salt – ¼ tsp
Chopped nuts – 2 tsp ( optional)
Baking powder – ¼ tsp
FOR FROSTING :
Cocoa powder – 1 ½ tsp
Sugar – ¼ cup
Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
Butter -1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp.
PREPARATION:
1) Heat a wide pan , add butter and melt it,When the butter melts remove from heat .
2) Now add sugar , eggs , vanilla and beat well till they are mixed.
3) When the eggs are mixed well add the cocoa powder and all purpose flour and mix well .
4) Finally add salt ,baking powder , chopped nuts and mix well .
5) Pre-heat your oven to 175” C. Grease your cup cake moulds with butter.
6) Fill the moulds to half level with the mixed brownie batter and bake them for 25 mins.
7) In a bowl mix our frosting ingredients - cocoa powder , sugar ,vanilla essence  , butter and honey and keep them separately.
8) When the brownies are done remove from oven , unmould the brownies and frost them with the frosting paste.
9) Frosting should be done when the brownies are still warm.
10)  That’s it!!! Enjoy your cup cake brownie.
NOTES :
1) As my cake pan is very wide I used cup cake moulds  ,if you have smaller size (8” pan) pan you can bake them in pan itself to get better texture than mine.
2) Frosting is optional but I recommend it as it gives perfection to your brownies.
3) Use good quality cocoa powder ( I used Cadbury).
4) When the brownie top looks cracked and edges look dry you can remove from oven , it is the right consistency of baked brownies ( if needed you can insert tooth pick and check if it comes clean)

KADAMBA / KANAVA MASALA /SQUID FISH CURRY

Hi, Sea has lot of creatures in it that we can cook and we were much more unaware of many . Squid fish is one among the yummy species which I was totally unaware even after coming to Chennai. One day in market I saw them and surprised that they are selling octopus ( it looked like that to me :)). Then I surfed in net and found actually they are squid ( kadamba / kanava) and not octopus , My friend Saranya cooked this gravy for us during her visit to our home .I copied the recipe from her and tried next week itself.Though the squid fish looks very weird the taste was so yummy and there is no fish odor in that.It just tasted like mutton. The cleaning part is little tricky but easy, I suggest once you finished cleaning dispose the waste immediately out of your house as the waste from squid fish is very smelly and also it starts leaving water .So dispose the waste of squid as quick as possible. Other than that the fish tastes heaven , spicy, yummy and very easy to cook. I have
