EASY BREAD JAMOON


Hi Everyone,

I never waste food..I always cook in the way that there will be no leftovers but in some cases I will also struck with leftovers L .My heart never allows to throw the leftover food but we should not refrigerate them for longtime also so I always have some recipes handy for leftovers J

Sugar syrub which we make for Jamoon and Rasagulla will always left behind even after the jamoons are over (eating my head !!!) ..I prepare this easy Bread jamoon which requires very little sugarsyurb yet tastes very yummy so this sweet is perfect for leftover sugar syrub.

The recipe is so simple that you can make it in five minutes.

INGREDIENTS :

Sugar Syurb – 1 cup ( Click to view recipe)

Bread slices – 4 pcs.

Oil – for deep frying.

Vanilla ice cream – 1 scoop ( optional).

PREPARATION :

1) Cut the bread slices into medium sized cubes ( I cutted into 4 cubes).

2) Heat oil in kadai and when oil gets heated add the bread pieces and fry till golden brown.

3) Drain the oil and drop the fried pieces into sugar syrub and let it soak for one minute.

4) After a minute remove the soaked pieces and place separately.

5) Don’t soak the pieces more than a minute else the bread pieces will lose its texture.

6) You can serve these bread jamoon either hot or cold.

7) This jamoon goes best with icecream , you can serve as per your choice.
