Hi Everyone,
As I already told you we are tomato lovers and whatever we
prepare with tomatoes it becomes our favorite dish.In that list this tomato
chutney is also one among them.I make this when we are carving for something
spicy and tangy yet lazy to prepare sidedish.
Lets review the recipe,
SERVINGS : 2 MEMBERS.
INGREDIENTS :
Tomato – 2 nos ( big)
Dry red chilies – 1 or 2 nos
Salt – as required.
Gingelly oil – 2 tsp.
PREPARATION :
1) Grind
tomatoes and red chillies to fine puree along with salt.
2) In a pan
add oil followed by mustard , when mustard splutters add the tomato , chill
puree and saute.
3) Saute
till the raw smell of tomato leaves and chutney thickens as per your
requirement.
4) Tatata…that’s
all..serve the hot chutney for idli , dosa ,paniyaram and aapam too.
