The simple , delicious and healthy fried vegs recipe is as below, COOKING TIME : 30 mins. SERVINGS : 2 INGREDIENTS: Cauliflower florets –4 cup Carrot – 1/2 cup. Cabbage – 1/2 cup. Capsicum – 1 no ( medium sized). Onions – 1 Pepper - 1tsp Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp. Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp. Coriander leaves – 5 tsp. Curry leaves – few Salt – as required. Butter / ghee – 6 tsp.
