MUTTON PATTIES GRAVY

I made this Patties gravy few days back for lunch along with Mutton Briyani.As I want the Patties to be flour free and grain free , I made it with eggs and ground masala. The Patties was so yummy and also very filling .I had it as Patties and my family had it as gravy along with Briyani. The simple and easy recipe is as below, RECIPE SOURCE : Archana's kitchen. INGREDIENTS : FOR GRAVY : Onions – 1 no. Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp. Chilli powder – 1 tsp. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp. Garam masala – 1/2 tsp. Corinader powder – 1/2 tsp. Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp. SWEET POTATO WEDGES

தமிழில் காண : கிளிக்  Hi All, SWEET POTATO WEDGES..This is also one of my paleo snack .In Tamil paleo sweet potato is not allowed but in other groups they suggest you can take sweet potato in limit .So if you are following paleo pls be clear about your food system and also consult with experts before starting. I will make this wedges in batches and store them for a week or two , and will have once in a while for sudden hunger. These wedges are good for children , as they are crisp and free from oil .I can understand its tough time for Mums to handle kids during summer vacation so keep so many ideas to make kids to eat healthy snacks and this is one among them. After starting paleo diet ,Iam in need to explore many paneer recipes to keep me motivated without getting bored about diet.And this is one of my favorite dinner .This is dry version of Paneer Jalfrezi ,gravy version I have not tried yet will try sometime and post the recipe. HOME MADE GHEE

தமிழ் காண : கிளிக்  Hi All, Having ghee in your regular diet is actually very good for health.But you should have it in limit, overeating any food is bad for health same way ghee also .If you take in limit it gives you so many health benefits like glowing skin , good brain development in kids and so on... I never like store brought ghee as they are never pure , I will make a big batch of ghee every month in home and store it. Making ghee in home is actually very easy , only thing you need to concentrate is right consistency .When your ghee reaches golden colour and aroma fills the room then remove from heat immediately.If you learnt this then you can easily make ghee in home itself , once you try in home then definitely you will not go for store brought ghee.
