BANANA
GINGER SMOOTHIE! Now I started making summer recipes ,But Iam trying
to make the summer drinks and smoothies in most healthy way.I came
across this recipe recently and the word “weight loss” impressed
me much :)) ,so I decided to give a try and due to calorie counts I
didn't add any sugar or any other fruits along with Banana but you can
add any fruits along with banana and prepare this smoothie.

recipe of simple Banana ginger weight loss smoothie recipe is for you
,
INGREDIENTS
:
Banana
– 2 nos ( big).
Ginger
– 1” piece – 1 no.
Flax
seeds – 1 tsp.
Mint
leaves – 1 tsp.
Ice
cube – 1 no.
METHOD
:
- In your food processor grind flax seeds to fine powder , along with that add ginger , mint leaves and grind to fine paste.
- Finally add peeled banana and grind to smoothie.
- Fill in serving glass and top with ice cubes and serve chill.HAPPY COOKING!!
