3 INGREDIENT BANANA PAN CAKES! Mostly I make this pan cake for breakfast.
In Tamil paleo banana and honey is not allowed but I have seen this recipe in other paleo websites ,as the recipe seems to be very easy and also this will satisfy my sweet carvings I make it often (atleast once in a week).Also as you are not using any flour or baking powder these pancakes are absolutely healthy and you can feed to kids without any guilt.
The pancakes itself has mild sweet in it so I don't prefer honey too , I will eat plain pan cakes itself.But my daughter loves it with honey.

Simple ,healthy and delicious banana pancake recipe is below,

COOKING TIME : 15 mins.
SERVINGS : 1 member.
INGREDIENTS :
Banana – 1 no.
Egg – 2 nos.
Cinnamon powder – a pinch ( optional)
Ghee – 1 tsp.
Honey – 1 tsp ( optional).
METHOD :
- Choose well ripe banana , Peel the skin and add it to a bowl.
- Using a spoon or fork mash the banana well without any lumps.
- Then crack open two eggs and add it to banana puree , mix well.
- Finally add cinnamon powder(if needed) and mix.
- Heat tawa and spread it with few drops if ghee.
- Pour 2 tsp of pan cake batter over hot tawa , drizzle ghee and close the pan.
- When base turns to light brown , flip to next side and boil for 1 more minute.
- Remove from flame , same way cook the entire batter.
- Stack all the pancakes one over other , pour honey and enjoy.
NOTES :
- Make sure your banana is well ripe.
- As you are not using any flour or baking powder , the pancakes will be extremely soft that it will break soon during flipping .So make small pancakes to make it easier for you to flip.
