RADISH
CHUTNEY!! We can make chutney with most of the vegs and we love them.
Vegetable
chutneys are easy to make ,healthy to eat .This radish chutney goes
great with idli , dosa and even with rotis.
Tangy
, spicy , radish chutney recipe is as below,

TIME : 20 mins.
INGREDIENTS:
Radish
– 1 cup
Channa
dal – 1 tsp
Urad
dal – 1 tsp
Red
chillies - 2
Coconut
– 1 tsp
Tamarind
– 1 cm piece
Salt
– as required
Oil
– 2 tsp.
METHOD
:
- Scrap radish skin , chop them to fine pieces.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a wide pan ,add chopped radish and saute in low flame till radish shrinks in size and turns golden brown.Transfer to a plate.
- Add balance 1 tsp of oil in a wide pan ,add channa dal , urad dal ,red chillies and saute till brown.
- Transfer everything to radish plate and let them come down to room temperature.
- Grind the above along with tamarind , salt , coconut to fine paste.
