BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Hi ,
I made this buttercream to decorate my Mango sooji Cake , as I already frosted the cake with mango genache so I used little buttercream for decoration only .For my surprise buttercream and mango combination was quite amazing and everyone like it.
Simple ,yet delicious buttercream recipe below,

INGREDIENTS :
softened butter – 1 cup
powdered sugar / icing sugar -2 cups.
vanilla essence – 1 tsp.
milk – few tsp.

METHOD :
  1. Make sure your butter is in room temperature .
  2. Add butter in a bowl and beat till it becomes light in colour and puffy.
  3. Then add sugar little by little and keep beating in medium speed .
  4. Once complete sugar is added and mixed , add vanilla and beat in high speed.
  5. In between if the cream looks too dry add little milk and keep beating.
  6. Beat in high speed for 4 mins or more till the cream becomes light and stiff peaks are formed.
  7. Now stop beating and frost your cake .
