So
far I have never baked any healthy dish with my own recipe , whenever
I want to try something healthy I will refer OMBC , pick a recipe ,
bake it that's all I did .Only today I got guts to make on my own . As
we are egg lovers I was so confident whatever I make with egg my
family will enjoy it. The final outcome was so soft , yummy and
cheesy .
INGREDIENTS
:
Egg
– 3 nos.
Sooji
/ Rava – 1/8 cup.
Salt
– as required.
Mozzarella
Cheese – 5 tsp.
Carrot
– 3 tsp ( chopped)
Beans
– 2 tsp ( chopped)
Capsicum
– 2 tsp ( chopped)
Coriander
leaves – 1 tsp ( finely chopped).
Sesame
seeds – 2/8 tsp.
Green
chillies – 1 no ( chopped)
Tomatoes
– 1 tsp ( chopped)
Onion
grass – 1 tsp (chopped).
Pepper
powder – 1/2 tsp.
Beetroot
puree - 2 tsp ( optional – I added it to give appetizing
colour).
- Pre-heat your oven at 170” C – 20 mins.
- Bake the muffins for 15 mins.
NOTES
:
- You can add any vegs of your choice.
- You can add any type of cheese , I added mozzarella cheese.
- Baking time may vary from oven to oven . So bake for 20 mins , insert knife and if comes out clean ,remove from oven.Else bake for 5 more mins.
4) If you don't want to bake in oven , you can cook in closed vessel too.Pour the mixture in a cup and place it in boiling water ( without immersing) and boil for 20 mins.
