Hi
All,
Winters
are chilling our nerves now!! So we are carving for something spicy
and hot always.
Few
days before for a cold weekend we planned for Lamb/Mutton and brought
mutton kheema.
This
is the first time Iam seeing Kheema so don't know how to prepare and
what to prepare with it.
Finally
decided to make some simple kheema curry to go well with Dosa and
Chapati.
The
recipe was so easy and the taste was very yummy , now I became kheema
fan : ).
But
one thing you always remember though the kheema looks clean , we need
to wash it well to remove the raw smell else the dish will be yuk!!
Happy
to share the recipe with you too,

NOTES

- Wash mutton in a stainer so that mutton will not be washed away .Also after washing squeeze the water well.
- If you want to grind the mutton to kheema by yourself , then select mutton without bones, wash well grind it in your food processor coarsely.
- I used chicken masala instead of garam masala , if you can get mutton masala then use it for more better taste.
